3 folding vertical sections each measuring 16 x 144 cm (i.e overall length 432 cm.), each with separate label on verso listing the towns on the route (Oxford to the Tower of London). Colour printed in a predominantly rather lurid green. With accompanying 46 pp. booklet "Guide", all contained in original blind and gilt stamped green cloth covers, the map in the rear pocket. Section 1. of the map is split without harm at one fold, the binding generally rather worn,the gilt title to upper cover somewhat faded, the front free endpaper with duplication of the title is detached. Withal the view itself reasonably clean.

* On the map Tower Bridge is described as "constructing". Construction commenced in 1886 and took eight years.
