(219 x 22 cm). Original chart of the railway line between London and Cambridge. The chart shows the line from Bishopsgate Station in London to its terminus in Cambridge with vignette views and descriptive text of destinations en route as seen from the eastern and western side of the line down each side. Title, vignette view of King's College, introductory text and map of the Eastern Counties District at head. The chart folds between gilt-stamped red cloth covers and is housed in green cloth case with gilt-titled black label to upper cover. Old ownership label to upper cover of cloth case. Some very light shelf-wear to edges of cover, chart clean and fresh. Overall in excellent condition.
