Bound for Bumpus in half blue-grey crushed morocco over grey cloth boards, spines (numbered I-IV) with raised bands, gilt panels and lettering, marbled end-papers, a.e.g. Profusely illustrated throughout. Spines inevitably faded to brown but still a most handsome set. Ex libris Annie [Viscountess] Cowdray.

The first 3 volumes are "In English Homes" of which the first two are Second Edition. The fourth volume is the comparatively scarce supplement by Tipping (half-titled "In English Homes") which anticipates his nine volume set of periodic English Homes (1921-37)
